  • Received a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) completing the 12 units
  • Have at least experience in full-time work as an agent’s representative in the last three years in Victoria for a minimum of 12 months

Western Australia

  • Have completed the CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)
