Promotion	Referral Partners Christmas Countdown Competition
Promotion Mechanic	Game of Skill and Game of Chance
Promoter	BizCover™ Pty Ltd, of Level 2, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“BizCover”)
Promotional Period	The Competition commences at 9am AEDT 6th November 2025 and concludes after a period of four (6) weeks at 5pm AEDT 19th December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
Eligible Entrants	Entry into the competition: Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Registered BizCover Referral Partners.
Entry Method	Entrants refer clients through the BizCover Referral Partners portal. For first prize: The partner who refers the most clients in the customer categories of Trades/Services and Professionals during the promotional period will win. For second prize: The partner with the greatest percentage increase in referrals across all customer categories during the promotional period (compared to the July-September 2025 period) will win. For the bonus draw during the promotional period any partner who refer: 5-19 clients will earn one (1) entry; 20-29 clients will earn three (3) entries 30+ clients will earn five (5) entries.
Maximum Entries	Unlimited
Winner Determination	First and second prizes are determined by a game of skill subject to the total amount of valid referrals. Winners will be determined on 19 December 2025. For the bonus draw, the winner will be drawn on 19 December 2025.
Number of Winners	3 (three) winners
Winner Notification	The winners will be notified by 5pm AEDT 22th December 2025 via email and will be asked to provide their name and best email address to receive their prize.
Prize (s)	First prize – A free legal audit with LegalVision ILP Pty Ltd valued at $695 incl. GST or a $300 incl. GST e-gift card. Second prize – A $200 incl. GST e-gift card. Bonus draw – A $150 incl. GST e-gift card.

Full Terms & Conditions

The Promotion commences at 9am AEDT on Thursday, 6 November 2025 and closes at 5pm AEDT on Friday, 19 December 2025 (the Promotional Period).
The Promoter is BizCover Pty Ltd (the Promoter), located at Level 2, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Entry into this Promotion will be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered BizCover Referral Partners with an active partner account during the Promotional Period (Entrants).
Employees (including their immediate family) of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to be Entrants.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure in the completion of any Entry.

Promotion Mechanic

The Promotion consists of both Games of Skill and a Game of Chance:
- Game of Skill: Top Referral Partner and Most Improved Partner prizes will be awarded based on performance metrics subject to valid referrals during the promotional period.
- Game of Chance: The Bonus Draw will be conducted at random among partners who meet the conditions of the entry method during the promotional period.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a valid referral means a client referral submitted by a Partner through the BizCover Referral Partners portal during the Promotional Period that results in a bound insurance policy for a customer in the relevant category, as recorded in the Promoter’s systems. Cancelled, declined or lapsed policies will not count as valid referrals.

Prizes

There will be three (3) winners during the Promotional Period determined as follows:
- Top Referral Partner (1 Winner) – The Partner who submits the highest number valid referrals during the Promotional Period in each of the categories (Trades/Services and Professionals) can claim one (1) Legal Audit & Strategy Session with LegalVision ILP Pty Ltd (valued at AUD $695 incl. GST) or a $300 incl. GST e-gift card.
- Most Improved Partner (1 Winner) – The Partner with the greatest percentage increase in valid referrals during the Promotional Period, compared to their July–September 2025 period performance, will win a $200 incl. GST e-gift card.
- Bonus Draw (1 Winner) – A random draw will determine one (1) winner who will receive a $150 e-gift card from entrants who have met the referral entry method criteria.
  - 5–19 referrals = 1 entry20–29 referrals = 3 entries
  - 30 or more referrals = 5 entries
The prizes will be delivered digitally and distributed within Australia only. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any expenses incurred beyond the prize value will be the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

Top Referral Partners and Most Improved Partner (Game of Skill):

Winners will be determined by BizCover based on verified valid referral data at 5:00pm AEDT on 19 December 2025 at the Promoter’s offices in Sydney, Level 2, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Bonus Draw (Game of Chance):
A random draw will be conducted at 5:00pm AEDT on 19 December 2025 at the Promoter’s offices in Sydney, using a computer-generated random selection process.
Winner Notification:
All winners will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 22 December 2025. Winners will be asked to confirm their full name and preferred email address for prize delivery.

Unclaimed Prizes

Winners have four (4) working days to respond and claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed by 29 December 2025, the Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
If unclaimed by 5 January 2026, the prize will be forfeited.
- For Game of Skill prizes, the prize may be awarded to the next eligible entrant.
- For the Bonus Draw, a redraw will occur on 8 January 2026 at the same location using the same random method.

General

The Promoter will collect, hold, use and disclose Entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.bizcover.com.au/privacy/. By submitting an entry into the Promotion, entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
- using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prize and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
- Contacting Entrants for future promotional and marketing communications (unless the Entrant opts out in writing); and
- Using the Entrant’s name, company name, and/or testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes if they are a prize winner.
By submitting an Entry, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy sublicense, reproduce, distribute, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, transit, create derivative works of, publish and/or broadcast or display any material or other information submitted by an Entrant as part of this Promotion.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid and will be removed.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
Any Entrant participating in any activity for the purposes of the Promotion or in respect of the Prize agrees to fully release and indemnify to the maximum extent permissible by law, the Promoter and their respective contractors, employees, directors and officers in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage, financial loss or loss of life in connection with the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the Prize. The indemnity granted by each Entrant and the Winner to the Promoter and their respective contractors, employees, directors and officers includes in respect of any cost, loss, expense, damage or liability whether direct or indirect or consequential, (present or future), and any fine or penalty incurred by the Entrant or Winner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the Winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the Winner.
