(a) contains information of a general nature about BizCover and BizCover’s services;
(b) contains information of a general nature about various insurers featured on the BizCover website;
(c) enables you to purchase and pay for some insurance products and services online;
(d) enables you to renew some insurance products and services online; and
(e) enables you to view, manage and change your BizCover insurance policies online.
4) Your Responsibilities
(a) Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using the BizCover Website. You shall not engage in any illegal, unauthorised, or fraudulent activities.
(b) Proper Use: You shall use the Website and its services solely for their intended purposes. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Website or its External Partners, including but not limited to hacking, introducing malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any accounts or data, to migrate customers away from the system or scrape data, build databases, make copies of any data accessed through the system, excessively use bandwidth, or negatively impact the stability of the system.
(d) Protection of Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any login credentials, passwords, or account information associated with the Website. You shall not share your credentials with others or allow unauthorised access to your account.

Provide as much information as possible, including:
- An explanation of the potential security vulnerability
- List products and services that may be affected (where possible)
- Steps to reproduce the vulnerability
- Proof-of-concept code (where applicable)
- Your name (or alias) and contact details.
- Please be aware that BizCover does not reward of compensate for disclosure of such vulnerabilities.
(h) Intellectual Property: You shall respect intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights when accessing or using the content on the Website. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted materials or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
(i) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BizCover harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these user responsibilities or any other terms and conditions associated with the Website.

All applications for insurance or other products made via this BizCover Website are subject to and must comply with BizCover’s approval criteria, and are governed by the normal terms and conditions applying to each product or service requested. 6) BizCover Product Information and Insurance Purchase and Renewal
6.1 Transactions on the BizCover Website
(a) When entering into a transaction via the BizCover Website, whether it be the issuance of an insurance contract, a renewal payment, or a transaction relating to any other product or service, the transaction will not be completed until an “Electronic Instruction” (being any electronic instruction, information, message, request or communication issued or transmitted to BizCover via the BizCover Website) containing the acceptance from you to BizCover’s offer, or the confirmation of payment from you, whichever is applicable, has been received and processed by BizCover, and any specific steps or requirements as set out in this clause 5, have been complied with.
(b) You acknowledge that the transmission of your acceptance or the confirmation of any payment, made through an Electronic Instruction may not be received by BizCover in accordance with this clause 5 for reasons beyond either parties’ reasonable control including, but not limited to, mechanical, software, computer, telecommunications, or electronic failure, or the omission or failure of third party service providers or systems.
(c) You further acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, BizCover is not liable to you in any way for any loss or damage at all and however caused, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the transmission of an Electronic Instruction through the BizCover Website, or any failure to receive an Electronic Instruction for whatever reason.
6.2 Purchasing Insurance Policies
(a) Where the BizCover Website enables you to purchase insurance products or services online:
(1) The parties may enter into an insurance policy using the BizCover Website by BizCover making an electronic offer via the BizCover Website and you electronically communicating your acceptance of that offer via the BizCover Website to BizCover;
(2) BizCover may act on and process all completed Electronic Instructions transmitted or issued through the BizCover Website without further consent from or reference to you; and
(3) BizCover may treat an Electronic Instruction as authentic and is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons issuing or transmitting such Electronic Instructions, or to verify the accuracy and completeness of such Electronic Instructions.
7) Automatic Renewal Terms and Conditions
To make your life easier, BizCover can automatically renew your policy next year before it expires – plus, we’ll guarantee that your premium will not increase! Each year, your primary credit card will automatically be charged the same premium as last year for that renewal period.
By opting in for automatic renewal, you hereby authorize BizCover on an automatic basis annually to:
- renew your BizCover policy;
- charge the applicable amount to the credit card that you place on file.
Automatic renewals will be processed up to 7 days before your policy expires. If you do not wish to proceed with automatic renewal for an upcoming renewal, you can opt out before the 7 days preceding your renewal by contacting us. Send an email to support@bizcover.com.au or call us on 1300 920 864.
To be eligible for the automatic renewal you must have not had any claims or circumstances during the policy year and had no material changes to your business activities, staff numbers or revenue.
If you lose eligibility for the automatic renewal, BizCover will no longer automatically renew your policies. BizCover will notify you of your need to renew your policy at least thirty (30) days before they expire.
