BizCover Named Top Insurance Employer 2024

BizCover has been selected by Insurance Business Magazine as a Top Insurance Employer for 2024.

Having also won this award in 2021 and 2022, Kanika Shama, P&C Manager at BizCover, says she is extremely pleased to have won again in 2024. “At BizCover, we have endeavoured to build an organisation that prioritises employee satisfaction and wellbeing,” says Ms Sharma. “We are thrilled to once again be honoured as a top insurance employer.”

To be named a Top Insurance Employer for 2024, the employees of nominated organisations were asked to rate their company based on different categories. These categories included benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Organisations that were able to achieve a 75% or higher satisfaction rating were selected as a Top Insurance Employer.

“As a growing business, we believe that we shouldn’t just be looking at ways to attract top talent, but to retain the amazing people that we already have,” says Ms Sharma. Being formally recognised as a Top Insurance Employer 2024 proves that BizCover is on the right track when it comes to this.

Ms Sharma continues, “Employee wellbeing is often something companies talk about but don’t always follow through with. It’s so much more than simply offering free coffee in the break-out room.
