Holly is the Head of Customer Success at BizCover. With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, her expertise is invaluable to small business customers. She uses this experience to improve our service — including claims processing — mentor her team, and work with our insurers so their experience behind the scenes is smooth and seamless. Her expertise also helps guide customers through our evolving products, acting as a trusted advisor who advocates for their needs and streamlines their onboarding.
Holly joined BizCover in 2015 and has held roles as Retention Team Leader and Customer Care Manager. Before BizCover, she worked as Retention Coach and Support Manager at Greenstone.
Holly holds multiple insurance certifications from ANZIIF, including a Certificate III and Certificate IV in General Insurance and a Certificate in Caring for Vulnerable Customers.
