Promotion	SMSF National Conference – BizCover $50 Platform Fee Discount Promotion
Promotion Mechanic	Conditional Promotional Offer (Not a competition, prize draw or game of skill)
Promoter	BizCover™ Pty Ltd, of Level 2, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“BizCover”)
Eligible Entrants	Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend one of the above events and meet the eligibility requirements set out below.
Participation Method	Eligible participants must provide BizCover with: evidence of their current competitor business insurance premium (including level of cover); and a BizCover quote demonstrating cheaper comparable cover, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Maximum Participation	One (1) discount code per eligible participant.
Offer Determination	Eligibility is assessed by BizCover based on the evidence provided and comparability of cover. BizCover’s decision is final.
Number of Offers Available	Unlimited, subject to eligibility and BizCover’s discretion.
Offer Notification	A unique $50 discount code issued at BizCover’s discretion for use on a future eligible BizCover Professional Indemnity policy.
Offer (s)	A unique $50 discount code issued at BizCover’s discretion where eligibility criteria are met.
Discount Code Availability	Participants have 3 months to claim the $50 discount.

Transferability	Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

Acceptance
- 1.1 Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
- 2.1. To be eligible to participate, a participant must:
  - 2.1.1 attend the SMSF Conference or Accounting Business Expo in person;
  - 2.1.2 be an Australian business owner or an authorised representative of an Australian business;
  - 2.1.3 hold a current, valid business insurance policy issued by a competitor insurer;
  - 2.1.4 obtain a BizCover quote for comparable cover; and
  - 2.1.5. comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The offer
- 3.1. Where a participant:
  - 3.1.1. provides evidence of their current competitor business insurance premium (including level of cover); and
  - 3.1.2. obtains a BizCover quote that is cheaper for the same or substantially similar cover.
- BizCover may issue the participant with a unique $50 discount code for future use.
- BizCover reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion
  - whether cover is comparable;
  - whether a BizCover quote is cheaper; and
  - whether the participant has satisfied all eligibility criteria.
Evidence Requirements
- 4.1 To qualify, participants must provide:
  - 4.1.1 competitor premium evidence, clearly showing insurer name, policy type, level of cover, premium amount and policy period; and
  - 4.1.2 a BizCover quote demonstrating a cheaper premium for comparable cover.
- 4.2 Evidence may be provided:
  - 4.2.1 physically at the event;
  - 4.2.2 electronically (including by email); or
  - 4.2.3 by any other method approved by BizCover.
- 4.3 BizCover reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of any information or documentation provided and to disqualify any participant who provides false, misleading or incomplete information.
- 4.4 Incomplete, unclear, altered or misleading information will be deemed invalid.
Participants Unable to Engage on the Day
- 5.1 Attendees who are aware of the promotion but are unable to speak with a BizCover representative on the day may still participate by submitting the required evidence within 14 days of the relevant event date.
- 5.2 Submissions received after this period will not be eligible.
Discount Code Conditions
- 6.1 Discount codes:
  - 6.1.1 will be issued only after BizCover confirms eligibility;
  - 6.1.2 are valid for 3 months from the relevant event date;
  - 6.1.3 may only be used once
  - 6.1.4 cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash
  - 6.1.5 cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated; and
  - 6.1.6 will not be reissued if lost, unused or expired.
  - 6.1.7 Discount codes may be applied only to eligible BizCover policies as determined by BizCover.
Exclusions and Limitations
- 7.1 This promotion does not apply where:
  - 7.1.1 the competitor policy is not reasonably comparable
  - 7.1.2 the BizCover quote is subject to underwriting referral, non-standard terms or insurer decline;
  - BizCover reasonably believes the promotion is being misused, manipulated or misrepresented; or otherwise engages in conduct that BizCover reasonably considers misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or inconsistent with the intent of the promotion;
  - 7.1.4. the participant fails to meet eligibility or evidence requirements
- 7.2 BizCover may refuse to issue a discount code at its discretion.
- 7.3 BizCover may exclude any participant from the promotion where it reasonably believes the participant has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in conduct inconsistent with the promotion
Opt-In and Consent
- 8.1 To participate, participants must consent to:
  - 8.1.1 BizCover collecting and reviewing competitor policy information for eligibility assessment; and
  - 8.1.2 BizCover contacting them in relation to the promotion and insurance enquiry.
  - 8.1.3 Consent may be obtained prior to the event via an online form or at/after the event by written or electronic confirmation.
- 8.2 Participants are not required to purchase a policy to participate.
Privacy
- 9.1 BizCover will collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bizcover.com.au/privacy/.
- 9.2 Competitor policy information will be used solely for assessing eligibility and providing insurance-related communications.
General Advice Disclosure
- 10.1 Any information provided by BizCover in connection with this promotion is general only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
- 10.2 Participants should consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) before making any decision.
Modification or Termination
- 11.1 BizCover reserves the right to vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Liability
- 12.1 To the extent permitted by law, BizCover is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in this promotion, including reliance on competitor information provided by participants.
- 12.2 BizCover is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, transmission failures, delays, or data corruption that may affect a participant’s ability to submit evidence or receive communications in connection with this promotion.
Indemnity
- 13.1 To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizCover and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or liability arising from the information provided by the participant or participation in this promotion.
Governing Law
- 14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
