[Press Release] Double Win for BizCover in 2025 Rising Star Awards

Sydney, 25 November 2025 –

  • BizCover employees Pamela Minuto and Kate Bryant among this year’s Rising Star award winners.
  • The accolade highlights BizCover’s ongoing commitment to nurturing and recognising exceptional talent within the insurance industry.
  • This is the second year in a row and the tenth occasion total that BizCover employees have received the award.

BizCover Sales Manager, Kate Bryant, and Product Analyst, Pamela Minuto, have been presented with the Insurance Business Rising Star Award for 2025.

The prestigious Insurance Business Rising Star Award is presented to the insurance industry’s top emerging talent and has been running for 10 years. This recognition reinforces BizCover’s reputation as a leading innovator in the Insurtech space and a champion for professional growth. Kate and Pamela’s award wins mark the tenth occasion that this award has been presented to a BizCover employee. Last year, Steven Rickert, BizCover’s I.T. Operations Manager, received the award next to Adriana Rey, Growth Marketing Specialist for BizCover for Brokers.

Kate Bryant is the Sales Manager at BizCover. Originally, she began her career with the company as a Sales Agent before becoming a Senior Sales Agent and then a Broker Relationship Manager.

“There has been some incredible talent recognised by this award in the past, so it’s an honour to also be recognised,” she says.

Pamela Minuto is a Product Analyst and has been with the company since 2019. She has held several different roles within the company, with each position contributing to her professional development.

Pamela reflects, “Each step taught me something new and helped me build toward where I am now.”

Both employees were nominated by senior leadership. Pamela was nominated for the award by Daniel Quinn, Head of Customer Acquisitions; and Kate was nominated by Bjorn Meier, Chief Operations Officer.

“BizCover is extremely fortunate that we can attract and retain such incredible talent,” says Daniel Quinn, former 2019 Rising Star Award recipient.

“Though they both work in different departments, the one thing Pamela and Kate have in common is that they’re both amazingly hard-working and highly valued members of the BizCover team,” shared Bjorn Meier.
