Operations
The Customer Success and Sales Departments are key to Operations, providing exceptional customer experiences. Customer Success includes Service (policy support), Renewals (policy retention), and Claims (claims assistance). Sales drives growth by connecting customers with suitable insurance products and ensuring smooth onboarding. Both teams focus on quality interactions, compliance, and measurable ROI. This customer-first approach enhances satisfaction, loyalty, and business success.
Marketing
Our Marketing department is four teams in one, covering Marketing Communications, Digital, Email, and Partnerships.
Established as a 360-degree in-house marketing engine, we are made up of a combination of creatives, analytics nerds and digital enthusiasts. We collaborate to develop educational content and advertising materials that help build a relationship with our audience, engage them and onboard them as customers and partners.
From ad campaigns and SEO, to email journeys and strategic partnerships, we help BizCover put its best foot forward!
Analytics
Data is what drives BizCover. We use it everywhere, to assist new businesses in getting the right protection, ensuring our service is timely and effective, and claims are handled smoothly. It’s also used to support our insurers and expand our business insurance offers to more industries.
Our Information Management and Analytics team covers the complete data lifecycle, from making useable assets which model BizCover’s activity, right through to making AI work operationally for us, whether its predictive machine learning, or deploying GPT models which make our customer journeys more engaging and faster.
Tech & Delivery
The Tech & Delivery teams are responsible for our insurance platform and all the systems and services that support it. This includes the quoting platforms, internal policy management portals, finance systems, partner portals, data and the CRM system. We are also responsible for cyber security and corporate services like email, laptops and employee onboarding and tech support. The Technology team provide infrastructure and support for other areas of the business like Marketing, Telephony, Analytics, AI and UX development and experimentation
Shared Sevices
At BizCover, our Shared Services department plays a pivotal role in driving our success, encompassing three key areas: Risk & Compliance, People & Culture and Finance. The Risk & Compliance team ensures we meet regulatory standards and effectively manage risks, protecting our business and clients. Our People & Culture team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where our people can grow, thrive, and succeed. Our Finance team manages our financial health, ensuring profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making keep while keeping us in check.
