  • Keep Your Focus on the Task at Hand — Being part of a developing company with potential is great, but it can be harmful to brainstorming success. If you’re having a brainstorming session for a specific topic, such as themes for a future event, make sure your talks stay on track and don’t go into an uncharted area like product ideas for the coming year. Keep the amount of ambiguity to a minimum.
  • Create a Display — Visuals are a terrific addition to brainstorming sessions, so get a whiteboard or some colourful stationery supplies ready for everyone. People will be able to tie visuals to their ideas and build on the ideas of others as a result of this.
