Kanika is the Head of People & Culture at BizCover, where she leads the organisation’s people strategy, talent initiatives and culture agenda. Passionate about building high-performing and inclusive workplaces, she partners with leaders to develop leadership capability, strengthen organisational culture and create employee experiences that support business growth.
Kanika joined BizCover in 2023. She has more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, having held senior people leadership roles across fintech, proptech, SaaS and financial services organisations.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with senior business leaders and execs around org development, leadership, employee relations, talent management, and workforce strategy with a strong track record of supporting businesses through periods of growth and transformation.
