Promotional Period The Competition commences at 9am AEST 6nd December 2023 and concludes after a period of four (5) weeks at 11:59pm 8th January 2024 (“Competition Period”).
Eligible Entrants
  • Entry into the competition is open BizCover customers who have received and completed the survey.
Entry Method Entrants must complete the typeform survey email directly to them.
Maximum Entries Entrants may submit one entry only
Winner Determination
  • Completed survey takers will be entered into a prize draw
  • The overall winner will be randomly selected by BizCover from a list of survey takers.

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is run by BizCover™ Pty Ltd, of Level 2, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“BizCover”). The Competition commences at 9am AEST Wednesday, 6 December 2023 and concludes after a period of four (5) weeks at 11:59pm Monday, 8 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 
  2. By entering this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions which will be binding between you and BizCover. Your participation in the Promotion is in consideration for BizCover allowing you to enter it for a chance to win.
  3. Eligibility: To enter the draw the participant must be a BizCover customer.
  4. Upon the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the winner will be announced at 12pm AEST 9th January 2024
  5. This is a game of chance. Entrants may submit multiple entries during the Promotion. Any entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid and will be excluded from the Promotion.  A total of one (1) prize up to the value of $150 AUD inclusive of GST will be awarded.
  6. Each entrant warrants to BizCover that each comment and responses to the surveys do not infringe the rights of any third party. Entries that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win.
  7. The prize will consist of a Gift Card by Gift Pay with a value of $150 AUD (inclusive of GST); (the Prize).
  8. Participants are required to complete a short survey via Typeform through the link that was emailed directly to them.
  9. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant consents to BizCover collecting and processing the personal information they submit to BizCover, for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with BizCover’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.bizcover.com.au/privacy/ . BizCover will only share personal information with third parties, such as service providers and suppliers, as is necessary and for the sole purpose of administering the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing the requested personal information. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain if they believe their privacy rights have been infringed and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of BizCover.
  10. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, BizCover is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with an entrant entering into this Promotion, the conduct of the Promotion or the provision or otherwise of any aspect of any Prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
  11. BizCover reserves the right to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion, or any Prize in accordance with applicable laws, should an entrant fail to comply with the stated Terms and Conditions or exhibit behaviour indicating a failure to comply. Furthermore, BizCover may, at its sole discretion, withdraw the Promotion before notifying any Winners, or subsequently, if circumstances beyond BizCover’s control restrict the provision of the Prize or any element of the Prize by BizCover or any other involved party.
  12. An entrant may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations, or subcontract their obligations, under these Terms and Conditions, such as giving a Prize to anyone else, without BizCover’s prior written consent. BizCover may assign or transfer its rights or obligations, or subcontract its obligations, under these Terms and Conditions without an entrant’s consent.
  13. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
  14. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the New South Wales courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any such dispute.
  15. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of BizCover, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, BizCover reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  16. Incomplete or indecipherable entries and entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
  17. BizCover reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who BizCover has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Errors and omissions may be accepted at BizCover’s discretion. Failure by BizCover to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. BizCover’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, BizCover reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  19. BizCover reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. If a winner does not claim a Prize by the time specified by BizCover, the Prize will be forfeited.
  20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, BizCover (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.
  22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, BizCover (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under BizCover’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by BizCover) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of BizCover; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking/use of and/or participation in a Prize.
