ET Circus, a much loved entertainment business in the sunshine coast community has won the BizGiver grant and will soon be receiving a brand new air track to add to their performances.
For over ten years ET Circus has been putting smiles on people’s faces, with their array of characters and mascots, circus performers, birthday party hosting, classes and workshops; all in the name of fun.
“ET Circus is known for being entertaining and creative, while also doing what we can to make the world a better place.” explains owner Tanya Abbey, “We’re able to make people of all ages and from all walks of life happy in an innocent and silly way. I started this business wanting to expose as many people to that as possible. Innocent, silly fun is harder to find these days and people forget how wonderful it is.”
It’s this good natured fun that caught the attention of BizCover during the judging for their BizGiver grant.
BizCover, Australia’s leading online business insurance service, started the grant of $2000 as a way to give back to the small business community.
The BizGiver competition grants the wish of a small business of up to $2000 value; the wish simply needs to an item or service that will help their business.
For Tanya, that wish was an air track to include in her workshops, performances and parties.
“I am putting together a gross motor skills program for childcare centres that will be so much more exciting now that I have the air track and will also do a movement program for children with special needs.”
“I did a show and my talented acrobats were tumbling in mud- which they could do, but wasn’t the most comfortable situation. They will do amazing things on the air track.”

A wish will be granted by Bizcover.com.au monthly in the form of a specific product or service valued at up to $2000. Businesses must have a valid ABN to apply but don’t need to be an existing BizCover customer to enter.
