BizCover Lanterns Day Competition (Permit number LTPS/18/30680)

Terms and conditions

General

1. The Promoter is BizCover Pty Ltd (ABN: 68 127 707 975), level 2 338 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (“BizCover”).
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes available forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who can enter

4. This prize draw is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of BizCover, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
5. BizCover reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

When to enter

7. The competition commences on 19/02/2019 at 12:00am AEDT and concludes on 18/04/2019 at 11:55pm AEDT. Entries must be received by BizCover prior to the competition close date and time.

How to enter

8. Entrants may enter the competition by:

• Website: Logging onto https://www.bizcover.com.au/cn/cny19 and registering their details including (but not limited to) full name, address, post code, telephone number, e-mail address and answers to the riddles posed to complete their entry.
• WeChat: Scan QR code registering their details including (but not limited to) full name, address, post code, telephone number, e-mail address and answers to the riddles posed to complete their entry.

9. As a condition of entering, you agree to receive (at BizCover’s discretion) BizCover’s free email newsletter, daily news headlines as well as any announcements and special offers from BizCover.
10. 10. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a verifiable disability (details of which must be provided upon request).

Draw and Notification of winner

11. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 29/04/2019. Five winners will be randomly picked by BizCover.
12. 12. The winner/s will be notified by email within seven days of the draw. Winner/s of prizes will be published on BizCover’s Facebook page.
13. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify BizCover. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to BizCover.
14. The winner/s agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.

Prize on offer

15. Each winner will receive a $200 GiftPay gift card. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
16. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, BizCover reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
