We are growing rapidly, and looking for a concierge team to support our very busy sales and service team.
If like us, you are customer obsessed and passionate about delivering a great customer experience we may just have a role for you. The role is initially a 5 week contract with a possible extension – 5 days a week during school hours 10am – 2.30pm. We are located in Surry Hills directly across from central station.
Who We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, who is passionate and interested in customer experience. You will be keen to learn, share knowledge with colleagues and take a proactive approach in everything that you do. Training will be provided.
Desired Skills and Experience
- – you must be a strong communicator, who is passionate and puts customer service first and has the ability to handle a high volume of complex customer queries – high level of self-confidence, great interpersonal skills and the ability to work without constant supervision
- – an eagerness to learn and grow
- – be available for a minimum of 5 weeks as this position may lead to longer term employment
- – Must be available between 10am – 2.30pm
- – Role will begin Thursday 1st June
- – Previous experience in an office or retail environment
