Andrea has over five years experience within the insurance sector. Having worked previously for IAG, Andrea has extensive experience in direct sales and service for SGIO, RACV, SGIC and NRMA brands in both B2C and B2B environments.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and a Master of Commerce majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both gained from the University of Western Sydney.  Andrea is a customer driven professional offering great communications skills and a solutions driven approach.

Andrea is responsible for BizCover’s overall customer service experience and her goal is to identify the needs of our customers and assist them with all enquiries they may have regarding their policies and coverage.
